ALL YOUTH LEVELS (K-2 THROUGH 7/8)

**Regular Season Roster ONLY, no Select Teams.  

Levels & Pricing for 2024 - PARKING INCLUDED in REG

K-2 - $300,  ($100 deposit)  --> increase to $350 on 4/7

3/4 - $800, ($200 deposit) --> increase to $850 on 4/7

5/6 - $975, ($200 deposit) --> increase to $1025 on 4/7

7/8 - $975, ($200 deposit) --> increase to $1025 on 4/7 

-Note: Please have your REGULAR SEASON Roster with player name and USL number ready for Registration.  

The initial deposit is due at registration and the remainder of your team's balance will be due in full by 5/4/2024.  If not paid in full by 5/4, your team will forfeit you registered spot and your deposit. 

Cancellations made before 4/7/24  will be refunded in full (minus 2.99% reg admin fee). 

Any cancellations on or after 4/7/24, will be refunded but will lose their deposit.  

Any cancellations after 5/4/2024 will NOT be refunded. 

*All fees will be refunded in full if required by WA State Department of Health guidelines to cancel (minus 2.99% reg admin fee).

We will use Tourney Machine again for the Tournament Schedule. 

 A reminder that some 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8 Teams could play a game on Friday evening; K-2 Teams only have games on Saturday.

What's up with a CHANGE IN LOCATION for Harvey Cup?

We listened to your feedback and have chosen to stay at Kasch Park for 2024!  Improvements will be made to vendor availability, parking and bathroom locations.  Kasch offered us the same benefits of all teams playing in ONE LOCATION, team tent areas, a central vendor/food truck alley without the inclement weather risk.  

And...the Gold and Silver bracket winners will still "take home" the Harvey Cup Trophy!  

For those of you who participated in Harvey Cup PRIOR to 2023, you all know that mud was the big story, especially for getting in and out of the parking areas.  Many thanks to those of you who braved the muck in true Northwest style and did it with a smile!  

So, we went  "Mud-Free for 2023!" and it was a huge success!

2024 Harvey Cup returns to Kasch Park!

These may be adjusted to comply with current WA State Return to Play Guidelines: 

• Open to any REGULAR SEASON team from youth lacrosse leagues (no select teams please) - If you don't have enough from your regular season team, rosters can be combined from two regular season teams, with permission from Harvey Committee. If you want to add any players that are not on your Regular Season Roster, permission must be granted by the Harvey Cup Committee BEFORE the start of the tournament or risk team disqualification. 
• Some teams of all age groups (except K-2) may play Friday night, depending on registration numbers. 
• Guarantee of 4 games per team, except K-2 who will have 3 games on Saturday only.
• There will be a Gold and Silver playoff brackets on Sunday for 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8 based on the win-loss record of Saturday, to crown the Harvey Cup Gold and Silver Champions.
• Full Games - 20 minute running halves with 3 minute halftime for all games.
• Certified officials for all games
• Event T-Shirt/Sweatshirts for sale on-site
• There will be several food vendors on site
• There will be lacrosse gear vendor on site.  
• There will be NO Parking Fee day of, included in Team Reg. 
• We will be using Tourney Machine for game schedules and scores.

• Teams are responsible for the conduct of its fans and players. Unruly, disrespectful or threatening fans will be asked to leave the tournament facilities immediately. Unruly, disrespectful players that can poses a danger to other players or disrespectful to other adults, tournament officials or Vendors can potentially get the whole team disqualified and/or  penalized for the conduct of its fans/players.

• Each Team/Club will have a sectioned off area in where you can set up camp. Please stay within your section. If you choose to leave any items overnight, Harvey Cup and Kasch Park are not responsible for any damage or theft.  Leave at your own risk. 

• There will be NO parking cost for the tournament.  The overflow lot is approximately 1500 feet from the Park entrance on sidewalks. 

• There will be NO drop off area.  Please plan ample time to walk from parking lot to field area.

• Do not move cones to gain entrance to any areas.

• No overnight camping at Kasch Park or in the overflow parking lot.
